Cancellation policy
In the event of a cancellation this must be done at least 8 weeks prior to the event date. Beyond that point the coaching fee is non refundable + any tunnel time refund will be at the tunnels discretion.
All efforts will be made to assist in finding a replacement for your slot in the event of a late drop out.
On the day I would recommend arriving 45 mins before we fly, this will give you time to sign in, get geared up and for us to chat before we get in!
*Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel/rearrange your time for any reason, this has to be done at least 10 days before the flight date. After which a replacement flyer must be found for your time otherwise there may be a charge from the tunnel or complete loss of your time.
Apart from that we’re all set and ready to go! I look forward to seeing you at the tunnel! 😎🤘
Minimum flying requirements:
Strong belly flying . Ability to move around comfortably (able to enter and exit solo) Being able to backfly or more is a bonus!

Returns /Swap policy
Did you pick the wrong size? Was the gift a colour they didn’t like?
No worries, if you post it back within 14 days in its original packaging and original condition then you can have a refund or swap for another size/colour.
